Return Policy
PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDER.
Grayfixx shall not entertain any complaints after return policy date, once the order is delivered.
Returns is a scheme provided by respective s directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective s to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
PPF Return & Replacement Policy
- PPF products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as these are professional installation products.
- Installation-related damage including tearing, stretching marks, overheating, contamination, or improper handling is not covered under return or replacement. Grayfixx will not be responsible for installer or customer mistakes.
- If the customer receives a wrong PPF model, variant, size, quantity, or any missing item, Grayfixx will replace or refund the affected item only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing video and clear photos of the received product and packaging are mandatory to raise a valid claim.
- No replacement or refund will be provided if the customer does not like the product after delivery.
- No replacement or refund will be provided if the product has been opened, cut, installed, or partially used.
- Any claim raised after 24 hours from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Warranty, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover installation damage, wear and tear, or misuse.
- If a refund is approved and processed by Grayfixx, the refundable amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Product's original packaging/ box should be undamage
- The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, water damaged or broken.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund or replace is to be given, the refund or replace will be processed once the returned product has been received/pickup by the customers through delivery boy.
- If for any reason Grayfixx is unable to process a replacement, the customer will be provided a refund instead of a replacement.
This may occur in cases where the product is unavailable or if the replacement availability exceeds 10 days.
In such cases, a partial refund will be issued equivalent to the approved claim or replacement value only.
- For products where installation is provided by Grayfixx’s service partners, customers must not open the product packaging themselves.
Unboxing and installation will be carried out only by Grayfixx authorised personnel.
- If a customer returns a product without any valid reason, the product amount will be refunded; however,
delivery charges, return charges, and applicable GST (18%) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- If the delivery executive does not arrive for product pickup, the customer will be responsible for the safety and care of the product
until the pickup is successfully completed.
Warranty Period
- The warranty duration depends on the selected Paint Protection Film (PPF) model and product type.
- Available warranty periods include 5 Years, 8 Years, 10 Years, and 12 Years, or as specified on the official warranty card and original invoice.
Warranty Coverage
- The PPF is covered against manufacturing defects such as peeling, cracking, bubbling, blistering, delamination, or discoloration under normal usage.
- If the PPF peels off naturally within the applicable warranty period, the affected area will be replaced as per warranty policy.
- Only the damaged or affected panel/part will be replaced. Complete vehicle coverage or full roll replacement is not included.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
- Damage caused due to accidents, collisions, or external impacts is not covered under warranty.
- Warranty is void if the PPF is manually cut, tampered with, modified, overstretched, misused, or improperly maintained.
- Any modification or alteration to the PPF after installation will immediately void the warranty.
- Repeated peeling of the same replaced part will not be eligible for further warranty claims.
- Repainting or refinishing of vehicle surfaces is not covered under this warranty.
- PPF installed on repainted, damaged, or non-original painted surfaces is excluded from warranty coverage.
- Warranty does not cover PPF installed on non-painted surfaces such as headlights, chrome, carbon fibre, or plastic trims.
Application Guidelines
- PPF must be installed by trained or authorised professionals only. Self-installation is strictly discouraged.
- The vehicle surface must be thoroughly cleaned before application to ensure proper adhesion.
- Do not apply polish, ceramic coating, or wax before PPF installation, as this may lead to warranty rejection.
- For pre-cut PPF, a heat gun or blower may be used carefully to achieve proper fitting. Excessive heat or overstretching must be avoided.
- Using PPF support strips on body corners and edges is recommended to enhance durability and edge retention.
- After installation, avoid high-pressure water spray directly on PPF edges, as it may cause lifting or damage.
Care & Maintenance Guidelines
- Do not wash or clean the vehicle for at least 72 hours after PPF installation.
- Regular or Alternate hand washing with mild soap, water, or standard car shampoo is recommended.
- If a high-pressure washer is used, keep the nozzle at least 100 cm away from film edges and use a wide spray pattern.
- Bird droppings, insect remains, and other contaminants should be removed as soon as possible.
- Edges may be gently cleaned using alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove dirt or wax buildup.
- Flexible ceramic coating or non-abrasive wax may be applied periodically to maintain surface gloss.
Warranty Claim Requirements
- A proper installation video is mandatory for processing any warranty replacement claim.
- Original warranty card and purchase invoice must be presented at the time of claim.
- Warranty claims must be raised through the authorised installer who carried out the installation.
- The manufacturer’s obligation is limited strictly to replacement of the defective film only.
- Delivery, logistics, or courier charges for replacement film (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
General Terms
- The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original customer and the original vehicle.
- Limited warranty coverage becomes invalid if the product has been subjected to abuse, negligence, or improper care.
- The manufacturer assumes no liability for vehicle damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or misuse.
