Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY .
When you create an account in Grayfixx or send an address for an order on WhatsApp, we understand that you have read our Terms & Conditions. And if you don't read then it's your fault, we can't do anything.

Courier & Logistics Policy

  • Orders are shipped through our logistics partners such as Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom, XpressBees, Shadows, FedEx, DTDC, etc. All shipments are processed as prepaid orders only.
  • If a customer’s PIN code is not serviceable by our regular courier partners, the order may be shipped via India Post / Speed Post for prepaid orders and selected products only.
  • If the customer opts for Speed Post, the shipment will be dispatched at the customer’s risk. Grayfixx will not hold complete shipment data in such cases and will only dispatch the parcel. Any loss, delay, or non-delivery will not be the responsibility of the company.
  • Customers are requested not to contact us on WhatsApp regarding delivery updates. Once the order is shipped, tracking details and the estimated delivery date will be shared via Email. Orders can be tracked through the courier app or tracking link provided.
  • After dispatch, Grayfixx has no control over delivery timelines, as the process entirely depends on the courier service. Customers are requested to wait until the estimated delivery date.
  • If the shipment status shows “Undelivered”, customers may contact us for further assistance.
  • Standard delivery timelines after dispatch are approximately 7–8 days (minimum) and 12–14 days (maximum). If the order is not delivered even after 14 days, customers may contact us on WhatsApp to raise a delivery complaint.
  • For wholesale orders:
    • Orders with more than 2 products may take 2–3 working days to be prepared and dispatched.
    • Orders with more than 10 products may take 3–5 working days to be prepared and dispatched.
    • Delivery timelines after dispatch remain approximately 7–8 days (minimum) and 12–15 days (maximum).
  • Once shipped, all delivery-related processes depend on the courier partner. Customers are requested to be patient and cooperate until the order is delivered.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any PPF products. This includes PPF rolls as well as pre-cut PPF kits. All PPF orders must be placed as prepaid only.

Order & Offer Policy

  • Once any offer has expired, customers are required to purchase products at the regular price only. Customers should not force us to provide expired offers.

    If you place an order at the regular price and any offer becomes live after order placement or after shipping, you will not be eligible to demand a refund of the price difference or request the order to be converted to the offer price.
  • If you place a prepaid order, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, except for Pre-cut PPF products, which may take additional processing time.
  • Sunday operations remain closed.
    • Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
    • Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday.
  • After dispatch, the minimum delivery time is 7–8 days. Delivery timelines are also clearly mentioned on the checkout page.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your order before shipping, the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway transaction charges (2.25% + 18% GST) only.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed within 4–5 working days.
  • In case of cancellation after shipping, the actual delivery charges and RTO charges levied by the courier partner will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • If you have purchased a PPF Roll and cancel the order after shipping, the refund will be issued after deducting the actual delivery and RTO charges charged by the courier.
  • If you have ordered Pre-cut PPF, which is considered a customized product, and cancel the order after shipping, the refund will be processed after deducting:
    • 20% of the total order value
    • Delivery charges
    • RTO charges
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned shipment is received or confirmed by the courier.

Marketplace, Wallet & WhatsApp Service Policy

  • If you purchase our product through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other marketplace and face any issue after delivery such as missing items, damaged products, or quality concerns, you must contact the respective marketplace for replacement or refund. Grayfixx will not be responsible for such issues.
  • The same condition applies if you purchase the product from any local retailer or shop. Grayfixx will not be responsible for delivery-related or product-related issues in such cases.
  • If any issue arises after applying the product, it may be covered under warranty, provided you have received a valid warranty card. Direct service will be offered only through the warranty card.
  • Wallet balance cannot be transferred to Paytm or any bank account. The wallet amount can be used only for shopping on Grayfixx.
  • You will receive cashback on every order after the product is delivered:
    • Order value less than ₹1100 – 10% cashback
    • Order value less than ₹3100 – 5% cashback
    • Order value greater than ₹3100 and less than ₹10000 – 3% cashback
  • If you cancel your order after shipping, the wallet cashback amount will not be refunded and will be considered forfeited.
  • WhatsApp service is provided to help customers who are unable to place orders themselves and to assist with product-related queries.
  • WhatsApp service is not meant for repeated delivery-related queries. Customers are requested to track their orders through the provided tracking link or app.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty duration depends on the selected Paint Protection Film (PPF) model and product type.
  • Available warranty periods include 5 Years, 8 Years, 10 Years, and 12 Years, or as specified on the official warranty card and original invoice.

Warranty Coverage

  • The PPF is covered against manufacturing defects such as peeling, cracking, bubbling, blistering, delamination, or discoloration under normal usage.
  • If the PPF peels off naturally within the applicable warranty period, the affected area will be replaced as per warranty policy.
  • Only the damaged or affected panel/part will be replaced. Complete vehicle coverage or full roll replacement is not included.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

  • Damage caused due to accidents, collisions, or external impacts is not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty is void if the PPF is manually cut, tampered with, modified, overstretched, misused, or improperly maintained.
  • Any modification or alteration to the PPF after installation will immediately void the warranty.
  • Repeated peeling of the same replaced part will not be eligible for further warranty claims.
  • Repainting or refinishing of vehicle surfaces is not covered under this warranty.
  • PPF installed on repainted, damaged, or non-original painted surfaces is excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Warranty does not cover PPF installed on non-painted surfaces such as headlights, chrome, carbon fibre, or plastic trims.

Application Guidelines

  • PPF must be installed by trained or authorised professionals only. Self-installation is strictly discouraged.
  • The vehicle surface must be thoroughly cleaned before application to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Do not apply polish, ceramic coating, or wax before PPF installation, as this may lead to warranty rejection.
  • For pre-cut PPF, a heat gun or blower may be used carefully to achieve proper fitting. Excessive heat or overstretching must be avoided.
  • Using PPF support strips on body corners and edges is recommended to enhance durability and edge retention.
  • After installation, avoid high-pressure water spray directly on PPF edges, as it may cause lifting or damage.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

  • Do not wash or clean the vehicle for at least 72 hours after PPF installation.
  • Regular or Alternate hand washing with mild soap, water, or standard car shampoo is recommended.
  • If a high-pressure washer is used, keep the nozzle at least 100 cm away from film edges and use a wide spray pattern.
  • Bird droppings, insect remains, and other contaminants should be removed as soon as possible.
  • Edges may be gently cleaned using alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove dirt or wax buildup.
  • Flexible ceramic coating or non-abrasive wax may be applied periodically to maintain surface gloss.

Warranty Claim Requirements

  • A proper installation video is mandatory for processing any warranty replacement claim.
  • Original warranty card and purchase invoice must be presented at the time of claim.
  • Warranty claims must be raised through the authorised installer who carried out the installation.
  • The manufacturer’s obligation is limited strictly to replacement of the defective film only.
  • Delivery, logistics, or courier charges for replacement film (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

General Terms

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original customer and the original vehicle.
  • Limited warranty coverage becomes invalid if the product has been subjected to abuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • The manufacturer assumes no liability for vehicle damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or misuse.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

grayfixxppf.com will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where our sellers use "Private Courier Companies" (eg. Fed Ex, Delhivery, First Flight,etc )to ship your order.

grayfixxppf.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same after price verification.

The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. grayfixxppf.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. You can purchase from here. And the server on which our website is live is not our own, we have taken the server from HostGator which we do not own.

Cookies:We do not use cookies on our website, we do not use that to read your data, we do not track your data, and if this happens then it is an issue with your browser or whatever browser you are using. They are tracking your Data through cookies.

Privacy & Policy:We take our user's data only to dispatch the product because if we don't collect then how can deliver the products, we take only (Name, Number, Email Id, PINcode, Address & GSTIN if available). Apart from this, we do not use user's data anywhere, do not sell it to any third-party, and do not misuse it in any way. Transaction & Payment Details :When we take an order through WhatsApp, then that payment takes it through QR code/UPI/Gpay/PhonePe, the payment data/transaction details of the customer remain completely safe and do not reach us. If the customer purchases from the website and makes payment on that purchase, we take payment through third-party Razorpay, in which the customer's credit card/debit card details are passed on to Razorpay and not to us.
